(2) You can also log in to AlipayHK app with the new phone number. AlipayHK will send a verification code to you via SMS. Please verify your new phone number with the verification code received.

A: Yes, you can log in to your account in the following 2 ways:
(1) Open AlipayHK app, tap “Taobao User Quick Login” at the bottom of the page, and then follow the instructions on screen. Please make sure you have installed Taobao mobile app.
(2) If you have not installed Taobao mobile app, open AlipayHK app, tap “Login”, and log in with your Taobao username and password. Then follow the instructions on screen; or you can use your RMB Alipay account to log in.
A: Yes, you can use your RMB Alipay account to log in AlipayHK app. Fill in your HK phone number, and tap “Activate Now” to sign up an AlipayHK account.
A: You can top up your AlipayHK account in the following 2 ways:
(1) Cash top up via convenience store:
You can top up your AlipayHK account at any 7-11 or Circle-K convenience store in Hong Kong. Let the cashier scan your recharge QR code to complete the cash top up.
(2) Top up via Standard Chartered online banking:
You can top up through AlipayHK app if you have a Standard Chartered Bank account. Sign in to AlipayHK app, tap “Top Up”, select “Top up via Online Banking” and acquire an account recharge PIN. Log in to Standard Chartered online banking, and use this PIN to top up your AlipayHK account.
A: (1) Cash top up via convenience store:
Minimum top up amount per transaction: HK$100 (Top up amount must be a multiple of HK$50)
(2) Top up via Standard Chartered online bank:
Minimum top up amount per transaction: HK$0.01
(3) Non-verified account:

(For Hong Kong permanent resident, please provide a copy of HKID Card or Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao)
(For Non-Hong Kong permanent identity cardholder, please provide a copy of your passport or other forms of identification document with your image on it)

A: Please note that AlipayHK does not support Taobao payment with international credit card (Visa/MasterCard) at the moment, but you can use it to pay at designated local merchants in Hong Kong with free handling charge.
